FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

At PetJoy, we offer FREE shipping on all orders worldwide! 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times vary by location:

🇪🇺 Europe & United Kingdom:

  • Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days

🇺🇸 USA & Canada:

  • Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days

🌍 Rest of World (Australia, Asia, South America, etc.):

  • Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

PetJoy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and time of delivery.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@petradog.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
